The following rules constitute an agreement between WINMAX and its customers.

By registering with WINMAX, you fully agree to and accept these Rules.

By accessing the WINMAX website and registering through our website to participate in any interactive online games (collectively, the "Games"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully and ensure that you only access the Games if you fully understand the Games and agree to be bound by them.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place bets. WINMAX reserves the right to request proof of age from customers and to suspend their accounts until satisfactory documentation is provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their usernames and security details remain confidential. If a customer suspects that this may no longer be the case, they should notify us immediately. Any transactions conducted under their usernames will be the customer's responsibility.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, customers cannot cancel or change it.

WINMAX reserves the right to void any or all bets placed by any individual or group attempting to defraud us. If there is evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selections by the same individual or group, WINMAX reserves the right to void such bets and suspend the relevant accounts.
If your bets are placed or commissioned by any bookmaker or gambling syndicate in an attempt to maximize profits from our games, WINMAX reserves the right to terminate your account at any time at its absolute discretion.
To protect the safety of your funds, we will conduct random security checks and retain transaction and betting records. You agree that we may request additional documentation to verify your account holder identity during security checks.
If the personal details or other financial information associated with your account are incorrect, you must notify us immediately, otherwise your financial institution may reject your transaction. If you fail to inform us of any changes or corrected details, we will not be liable for any debt or transactions resulting from transaction rejections due to incorrect details.
The reference language of these Terms and Conditions is English. While care will be taken in translation, only the English version shall be valid for all purposes of interpreting these Terms and Conditions.
WINMAX does not permit individual customers to create duplicate accounts (multiple accounts in any currency). Any customer found to have created duplicate accounts will have their account suspended.
Duplicate account registrations using deliberately manipulated personal details (if detected) may result in the irreversible termination of gaming account access. WINMAX reserves the right to revoke all user bonuses, and accounts will be permanently frozen.
Each bonus, promotion, and/or special offer is subject to its own specific terms. Players agree to read and understand the terms applicable to any bonuses they collect. WINMAX reserves the right to cancel any bonus, special offer, or promotion at any time.
Before releasing or approving any withdrawal, WINMAX reserves the right to request information from customers, such as personal identification, copies of the front and back of their credit/debit card, passport, driver's license, or recent bank statement, or other appropriate documentation, as WINMAX deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security requirements, WINMAX reserves the right to cancel any bonuses in your account.
These terms and conditions are incorporated into the WINMAX General Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions take precedence over any correspondence via email, chat, or phone.
General Promotional Terms and Conditions

All promotional offers are limited to one person, household, household address, email address, phone number, shared payment account number, shared computer (e.g., school, public library, or workplace), and shared IP address.
Most of our promotions come with a rollover payment requirement.This means that the member must fulfill the rollover payment requirements before making a withdrawal.
Any bets placed on two opposing or tied bets will not be counted and will not be counted towards any rollover requirements.
WINMAX reserves the right to revoke a customer or group of customers' bonus eligibility, bonus amount, and any associated winnings if suspicious, common betting patterns are observed that may result in guaranteed profits and/or guaranteed bonus eligibility. Such suspicious activity may include, but is not limited to, common betting patterns on the same events/markets/selections that can be identified across one or more accounts.
In the event of bonus abuse, WINMAX reserves the right to deduct the bonus and any winnings associated with the winnings from the customer's account.
Promotion abuse may include, but is not limited to: common or suspicious betting patterns on the same events/markets/selections that can be identified across one or more accounts, or excessively high or highly unusual betting patterns on the same selections within a short period of time compared to typical betting patterns.
WINMAX assumes no responsibility for any delays or non-delivery of gifts or lucky draw prizes resulting from incomplete/incorrect information provided by members. WINMAX reserves the right to modify, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion.
All management decisions are final.
